A delicious dish from the Cyclades islands
Turn the oven on 160 degrees Celsius
Put oil in a pan and at a low temperature, flavor it with the garlic head cut in half horizontally
Remove the garlic, raise the temperature and place the thighs in the pan.
Turn them so that they turn brown on all sides.
Add the chili (optional) and simmer with the ouzo.
Remove the thighs from the pan and add to the pan the onions which I sauté and half a lemon
Put the thighs in the pan again. Add the juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and peppers.
Cover and cook on very low heat for 30 minutes.
Turn on the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

1 bunch of onions
1/2 head of garlic
1 shot of ouzo
