A friend from Bulgaria gave me this recipe


Add the butter in a hot pan and mix

Press the feta with a fork

Beat the eggs with the wire and add the yogurt and feta

Preheat the oven at 180° in the air

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and butter it

Butter the pastry sheets

Keep aside 200 g of the filling

Put the filling on one end, roll it up and place it on the baking sheet in a snail

Add the bicarbonated soda to the filling you saved

Mix and pour over the pie

Sprinkle with sesame seeds

Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes


500 g of feta cheese

250 g of strained yogurt

500 g phyllo crust

50 g of butter

50 ml olive oil

6 eggs

½ tsp baking soda

50 ml soda soda
