Easy and super soft
Method
Beat the two eggs lightly, add the sugar and stir with the whisk
Add the yeast and warm milk and stir
Sift the flour into the mixture and add the salt and cinnamon. Stir until the flour is assimilated
Add the butter at room temperature and the orange zest and knead
Add the vanilla and knead for 5 minutes. Cover with cling film and let rest for 90 minutes
In a bowl, place the raisins, the molasses and a little water and let them soak while the dough is resting.
Drain the raisins, add them to the dough and mix
With two spoons dipped in water, take a small amount out of the dough and place it on grease paper in the plate. Leave some distance between because they will rise a bit.
Let them rest for 15 minutes
Prehear the oven to 180 degrees without the fan
Spread them with yolk that you have diluted with a little milk or water and bake them for 23 minutes
