Simple, quick and delicious recipe


  1. Grind the biscuits in the blender

  2. Add the melted butter at room temperature and smooth the surface

  3. Beat the cream with the cheese mixture and the icing sugar in the mixer.

  4. Place the cream on the biscuits and spread it so that it is smooth.

  5. Put the dessert in the fridge for at least an hour.

  6. After the dessert cools down and the cream hardens, pour the jam or the dessert spoon on top.


For the cream

400 grams of cream cheese

400 grams of cream

3 tbsp powdered sugar

For the base

400 g cocoa biscuits

125g butter or as much as you like

For the topping 

Jam of your choice or wild berries
