A traditional recipe from Thrace, packed with superfoods
Coarsely chop the walnuts, almonds, figs and apples.
Rinse and boil the wheat for 30 minutes.
Roast the sesame
Once the sesame has cooled, I break it in the mortar.
Mash half of the boiled wheat in the blender and place it in the pot.
Add the figs, apples, almonds, half the walnuts, half the sesame seeds and the sugar and cook for at least 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the remaining walnuts and sesame seeds with cinnamon and mix well. I sprinkle the pudding with them.

150-200 g sugar
200 g raisins
200 g sesame seeds
200 g walnuts
200 g almonds without skin
200 g of dried figs
125 g of dried apples
