Beef with Creamy Mushroom Sauce - Stroganoff

There are many versions of Beef Stroganoff, the one below is one of the best!

  Method  

Cut the meat into strips

Chop the mushrooms, onion and garlic.

In a hot pan place the oil and sauté the meat on all sides. Remove the ready-made ones and place them in a bowl.

At the same time boil the pasta.

Saute the onions, garlic and mushrooms

Add the flour, after the mustard, the vinegar and the cream, add salt and pepper and at a low temperature wait for the sauce to set.

Add the meat, lower the eye and cover with a lid.

Serve the pasta with the beef and pour the sauce on top

  Ingredients  

600 g beef fillet

2 tbsp. olive oil

40 g butter

1 medium sliced onion

400 g brown mushrooms cut into thick slices

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon flour

1 cup beef broth

200 ml double cream

2 cl white vinegar

1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

salt

freshly ground black pepper
