For the Dough
1 kg plain flour
500 ml lukewarm water
200 ml olive oil
40 grams of fresh yeast
2 tsp salt
For the cheese filling
200g feta
200g cream cheese
1 tbsp yogurt
1 egg
Dill, oregano, black pepper to taste
For the potato filling
500 grams of boiled potatoes
1 small onion
1 tbsp chopped mint
Chili to taste
A little thyme
Salt
For the onion filling
2 onions
3 green onions only the green part
1 tbsp dill
Chili to taste
2 teaspoons mild paprika
1 tbsp mint
1 tsp of sugar
