Method

  1. Clean the flying squid by removing their skin

  2. Pass them through the spits

  3. Sprinkle them with olive oil

  4. Light a fire

  5. Grill them on high heat from both sides until they get a nice color

  6. Remove them off the spit and add plenty of lemon and salt
