Halva with semolina without oil and sugar

With grape syrup

  Method  

  1. In a pot, boil the grape syrup and water for 1 minute

  2. Add the semolina and boil for 2 minutes

  3. Add the roasted almonds

  4. Apray a mold with a little water and pour the mix into it

  5. Let it cool to room temperature

  Ingredients  

2 cups semolina (400 g) 1 coarse, 1 fine

1 ½ cup petimezi (580 g)

5 ½ cups water (1,560 ml)

Optionally

100 g roasted almonds
