With grape syrup
Method
In a pot, boil the grape syrup and water for 1 minute
Add the semolina and boil for 2 minutes
Add the roasted almonds
Apray a mold with a little water and pour the mix into it
Let it cool to room temperature

2 cups semolina (400 g) 1 coarse, 1 fine
1 ½ cup petimezi (580 g)
5 ½ cups water (1,560 ml)
Optionally
100 g roasted almonds
