One pie with 4 amazing flavors
Method
Put all the dough ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Shape a ball and let it rest for at least half an hour.
Knead and divide into 16 balls.
Dust with some corn flour and open small sheets with a diameter of 15-20 cm.
Place them on top of each other, buttering in between. Leave the first sheet on the bottom side and the last sheet on the top side without butter.
In a bowl, mix the grated feta cheese, egg, yogurt, oregano and pepper and set aside.
In another bowl, mix the yellow cheeses with two eggs, yogurt and black pepper.
Preheat the oven at 180° Celsius with the fan off.
Spread the sheets with a rolling pin slightly larger than the baking tray and place one set for the base of the buttered tray.
Place each filling in its corner.
Cover with the other sheet, score the pieces and butter them.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake for 1 hour.
