With a hearty meat and cheese filling


  1. Place all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and mix

  2. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes

  3. Leave it covered for half an hour to rest

  4. Divide it into 12 balls

  5. On the counter, put a little cornflour and open a sheet about the size of a plate. Just a little smaller

  6. Butter each sheet that you open and place it on top of the previous one

  7.  Place them on top of each other in two sets of 8 and flour the last one

  8. Fry the minced meat until it absorbs all the liquid and gets a nice color

  9. Add the onion and saute over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes

  10. Add salt and pepper and as soon as you turn off the heat, add the parsley

  11. Butter the baking tray

  12. In a bowl, break an egg and beat it with a whisk

  13. Add the yogurt, mix and add the cheeses

  14. Also add the cold minced meat to the cheeses

  15. Preheat the oven at 180° on the resistances

  16. Spread the first set of 8 discs onto one sheet, butter it and add the filling

  17. Then open the second sheet and place it on top of the filling

  18. Take the ends of both sheets together and twist them into a knot

  19. Cut into pieces and pour over the rest of the butter

  20. Bake for 55 minutes


For the dough

500 g of wheat flour

250 ml of water

20 ml of olive oil

25 ml of vinegar

1 tbsp salt

150 g of melted butter

For the filling

750 g minced beef

375 g of feta cheese

300 g of yellow cheese

3-4 onions

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1 egg

3 tbsp yoghurt

olive oil for frying

salt and pepper
