Mosaic vegan cake with Halva and chocolate

Make it and you will thank me


  1. Cover the inside of a cake tray with cling film

  2. Chop the couverture into small pieces and place it in a bowl.

  3. Put the orange juice in a saucepan and as soon as it boils, turn it off

  4. Pour the juice into the bowl with the couverture and let it rest for 5 minutes and then stir until smooth

  5. Add the tahini, the lemon and orange zest and mix well

  6. Also add the orange liqueur

  7. I break the halva into chunks in the bowl with the chocolate mixture

  8. Mix well and place in the mold

  9. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours


400 g halva vanilla flavor

200 g couverture 55% cocoa

200 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed)

200 g sesame paste

Zest of 1 orange, 1 lemon and 1 lime

1/2 shot glass of orange liqueur (optional)
