An easy and refreshing dessert that will impress your guests

  Method  

  1. Grind the cookies in the multi, mix them with the melted butter and spread the mixture in the form, taking care to cover the sides at a height of 2 cm. Put it in the fridge until the next steps are complete

  2. Dissolve all the ingredients in the cold milk and boil them while stirring.

  3. Add sugar and vanilla to the cold juice and put it on the stove.

  4. Dissolve the cornflower in 100 ml of cold juice that we kept and add it to the rest when it starts to boil.

  5. Continue cooking, stirring for another 2 minutes. With two spoons, pour the hot creams alternately in the Ø26 cm form.

  6. Starting with the milk and ending with the orange. Leave to cool in the fridge for 3-4 hours before cutting.

  Ingredients  

Base 

250 g butter biscuits (ground) 

200g of melted margarine or butter


Orange cream 

1000 ml of orange juice 

120 g of sugar 

80 g vanilla pudding powder 

14 g vanilla sugar
