You've never eaten potatoes like this before


  1. Clean and cut the mushrooms

  2. Finely chop the herbs and peppers

  3. Finely chop the garlic and add the lemon zest

  4. Peel and cut the potatoes into slices of about 5 mm

  5. Spread them on a surface and season them with salt and pepper on both sides. Let them rest until they start extracting their liquids.

  6. Mix the bread crumb, cheese, sesame and dried thyme in a pan

  7. In a second pan, place the eggs and season with salt and pepper

  8. In a third pan place the flour

  9. Fry the potatoes, first passing them through the flour after the egg and finally from the breadcrumb mixture and place them in a pan

  10. Saute the mushrooms and remove them from the pan

  11. Saute the peppers in clean oil and add the mushrooms, herbs and garlic.

  12. Fry the potato schnitzels over medium heat and place them on absorbent paper before serving.


For the schnitzel

750 g peeled potatoes (large)


black pepper

50 grams of flour

50 g sesame

50 g Parmesan or other hard cheese

50 g breadcrumbs

1 tbsp dried thyme

Olive or vegetable oil for frying

For the mushrooms

500 grams of mushrooms

1 sprig of rosemary

4-5 sprigs of thyme

Oregano as desired

1 small bunch of parsley

1 lemon (zest)

2 small colored peppers

2-3 cloves of garlic

salt and pepper

olive oil
