Sardines fried in baking paper

Fry them in baking paper with hardly any oil


  1. Remove the heads and entrails

  2. In a container with a lid, mix flour, salt, pepper and semolina finely and add the anchovies. Close the lid and shake well.

  3. Spread some oil on a sheet of baking paper and place a series of anchovies in the shape of a circle . Pour a little oil on top.

  4. Put another sheet of baking paper on top and fold it around to close it.

  5. Place in a pan and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.

  6. Turn it with a lid and pierce it with a toothpick to release the steam.

Fine semolina flour
