Slow cooked lamb Gioulbasi

Wrapped in baking paper. The tastiest parcel you have ever opened.

  Method  

1. Turn the oven to 90 degrees.
2. Season the meat with salt and pepper
3. Wrap well in baking paper
4. Bake for 11 hours, turning it once after 6-7 hours.
5. For the last hour raise the temperature to 150 degrees, and turn it once more
