Spicy feta by grandpa Tassos

to enjoy your Ouzo or Tsipouro. Cheers my friends


  1. Put the peppercorns in a pan and roast until it smells of musk

  2. Put the pepper in a bowl and add the oregano and the boukovo and mix

  3. Place the feta in the mixture and stir

  4. Place the feta and the rest of the pepper in a bowl and fill it with olive oil


200 g olive oil

200 g feta cheese

1 tbsp. colored peppercorns

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

 1 jar with lid
