Traditional flat breads from Samos

Fast and easy with a fantastic result

  Method  

  1. Put all the ingredients in the bowlt of the mixer

  2. Knead well until the dough is smooth

  3. Grease the dough and place it in an oiled bowl.

  4. Leave it covered at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

  5. Divide the dough into balls and spread them with the rolling pin

  6. Make a hole in the middle of each flat bread and fry in oil on both sides.

  Ingredients  

For 20 - 25 pancakes

2 eggs 

500 g Greek yogurt  

2 tsp salt 

2 tsp sugar 

1 kg self-rising flour 

A little sunflower oil 

Frying oil (seed oil) 


For topping 

Grated cheese 

cream cheese or feta  

Honey or jam
