Put all the ingredients in the bowlt of the mixer
Knead well until the dough is smooth
Grease the dough and place it in an oiled bowl.
Leave it covered at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into balls and spread them with the rolling pin
Make a hole in the middle of each flat bread and fry in oil on both sides.
For 20 - 25 pancakes
500 g Greek yogurt
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 kg self-rising flour
A little sunflower oil
Frying oil (seed oil)
cream cheese or feta
Honey or jam
