A popular Greek dessert, Galatopita
Method
Place some greaseproof paper in a baking tray and butter it
Preheat the oven to 180° in the air
In a large bowl, break the eggs and whisk them for about 3 minutes
Add the sifted flour and the corn flour
Mix very well
Place the milk, cream and 2/3 of the sugar in a saucepan and boil for 1 minute, stirring, over medium heat
Add the eggs gradually and mix until the cream thickens
Add the vanilla
Sprinkle the surface of the pan with the remaining sugar and cinnamon
Pour the cream into the pan, pour over the melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
Bake for 45 minutes on the second rack from the bottom

600 gr. sugar
200 gr. flour for all uses
100 gr. corn flour
10 eggs
1.5 liters of milk
500 ml cream
50 gr. butter
2 tbsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon
