Yeast rolls with a chocolate heart

A simple recipe, super tasty for all ages.

  Method  

In a bowl place the oil, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, warm milk and mix

Gradually add the flour while mixing until it looks like porridge

Save a cup of porridge

Add the yeast to the rest of the flour

Continue to add the flour to the porridge

Mix with the wire first and then by hand

Don't knead, ust mix until the ingredients are mixed

Cover and let it rest for 1 hour

Add the cocoa and walnut to the porridge you saved and mix

Divide the dough into 4 pieces and fold them two or three times

Turn on the oven at 160° fan

Spread with the rolling pin to a thickness of 0.5 cm

Place the filling on one edge and roll up

Cut the roll into pieces

Place them on parchment paper in a baking tray and bake for about 17 minutes

Place the syrup ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 5 minutes

Pour the hot syrup on the cold roxaki

  Ingredients  

For 50-55 pieces

2 cups warm milk (560 ml)

4 eggs

2 cups seed oil (500 ml)

2 vanillins

2 baking bags

2 sachets of dry yeast

6-6.5 cups of flour (1,000-1,100 g.)

2 tbsp cocoa

2 tbsp ground walnut

Syrup:

4 cups water (1,000 ml)

5 cups of sugar (1,000 g)

1 vanillin
