Home made ice-cream with no machine

Ready in 10 minutes


  1. Mix the condensed milk with the flavor in this case the mastica

  2. Beat the cold cream with the mixer until you get whipped cream

  3. Sdd two spoonfuls of the whipped cream to the sugar and mix

  4. Add the rest of the whipped cream and mix

  5. Place in a container that goes into the freezer

  6. Leave in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, ideally overnight

  7. Optionally stir the first 2-3 hours every 45-60 minutes


1 tin of condensed sweetened milk

500ml double cream
