As soon as you remove the dough from the oven, turn it on at 180 ° Celsius in the air
Dust the surface with flour and knead the dough very gently for a while
Cover a baking tray with baking paper and dust it with flour. Pour the dough on,
Lightly flour and lubricate your fingers and spread it on the baking paper.
Sprinkle the feta evenly and add the rosemary.
Cover and leave it on a warm place until the oven reaches the right temperature and just before you bake it, scatter some butter on top
Remove from the oven when it turns reddish, approx 30-35 minutes
