Slow roast in the oven


  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius

  2. Place the foil on the workbench and some baking sheet on top on top.

  3. Place the meat on the baking paper and grease with oil.

  4. Season with salt and pepper and massage it on both sides.

  5. Wrap well first with baking paper and then wrap tha baking paper with the foil.

  6. Place the griddle on the baking tray and the wrapped meat on the griddle.

  7. Bake for 6.5 hours.
