Cheese Pie Recipe with fresh herbs

Pie made in a very unique way


  1. Chop the herbs finely

  2. Break the eggs in a bowl and beat them lightly. Add the milk, the spices, the cheeses and the black pepper.

  3. Turn on the oven on without the fans at 190 degrees Celsius.

  4. Grease the pan with butter.

  5. Place a sheet and cover one side of the pan with the sheet protruding from the 3 sides of the pan. Butter.

  6. Place the second sheet on the opposite side and butter.

  7. Pour boiling water with the ladle and continue with the next 2 leaves repeating the process.

  8. I put the filling and cover it with the last two leaves. Butter and pour boiling water.

  9. Repeat the same process 3 times.

  10. At the end, pour the rest of the water and carve the pieces

  11. Bake for 1 hour and 40 minutes.


9 sheets of puff pastry

400 g feta cheese

250 grams of spicy cheddar cheese

300 ml of milk

1 bunch of parsley

1 bunch dill

1 bunch chives

350 g of butter

1 liter of water

6 eggs

salt + pepper
