Easter biscuits, you have to try them

Make them together with your children and your house will smell of Easter, easy and fast!


  1. In a bowl place the sugar and the margarine that is at room temperature and beat very well in the mixer until it becomes like a tight whipped cream

  2. Continuing to beat with the mixer and add the eggs one by one

  3. Add the vanilla, the zest and the lemon juice and stir.

  4. Add the baking powder and baking soda in milk (room temperatrure) and stir. Add a few drops of lemon juice and stir vigorously to activate. Add it to the dough.

  5. Sift the two types of flour and gradually add them to the bowl, stirring with the mixer. At the end mix by hands and knead for 5 minutes.

  6. Leave it covered to rest for 20 minutes

  7. Turn the oven to 170 degrees on the heating elements

  8. Shape the cookies and place them on a plate on which you added some baking paper.

  9. Bake for 20 minutes


1 kg of flour (500 g soft , 500 g strong)

4 eggs

300 g vegetable margarine

350 grams of sugar

150 ml milk

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Zest of a lemon

Juice of half a lemon

1 packet of baking powder

15 g baking soda 

1 egg yolk for the coating
