Lamb rotisserie in the oven

Need something special on a rainy day?


  1. prepare the meat as shown in the video.

  2. I turn the oven to 160 degrees.

  3. salt and pepper the meat while massaging it.

  4. With twine and two calipers I fasten the two pieces crosswise on the spit, making sure the meat is centered on the slewer
