With four types of cheese


  1. Boil the spasta as per packet instructions

  2. Preheat the oven at 180 Celsius without the fan

  3. Place the butter and flour in a saucepan and cook until the flour is cooked

  4. Add the warm milk, stirring constantly

  5. As soon as it starts to set and boils, remove it from the heat and add the eggs one by one, stirring constantly followed by half the cheeses

  6. Add half the sauce in the pasta and place in a buttered and bread-crumbed pan.

  7. Add the rest of the béchamel on top followed by the other half of the cheeses

  8. Add the butter in small pieces on top

  9. Bake for 45 minutes


For 1 pack of bucatini pasta

1 kilo of various yellow cheeses (reggato, mozzarella, caseri, cephalograviera)

150 gr. butter

1 tsp sweet paprika

For the béchamel

1 litre of milk

100 grams of flour

100 grams of butter

5 eggs
