Mini pies with feta and cherry tomatoes

  1. In a bowl I break 2 eggs and beat them lightly with the whisk. Add the yogurt and stir.

  2. Add the yeast, the mizithra and stir.

  3. Αdd water and flour alternately.

  4. Add a little salt, pepper, thyme, feta cheese, cottage cheese, chopped tomatoes and a little olive oil and mix very well.

  5. Spread on the oil paste as much as it fits in a full tablespoon.

  6. Let them rest for 15 minutes

  7. Turn on the oven at 180 on the heating elements

  8. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown

  9. Add oregano as soon as they come out of the oven.



2 eggs

300 g of plain flour

150 ml of lukewarm water

1.5 tsp dry yeast

4 tbsp. grated hard cheese (Parmesan)

18-20 cherry tomatoes

250 g feta cheese

150 g cheese (Gouda or Cheddar)

50 g Greek yogurt 10%

Thyme, oregano

Salt + pepper

a little olive oil
