Greek meze dip with cured roe of cod

  Method  

Taramas with potato

  1. Put the lemon in a blender.

  2. Add the roe of the cod and beat it in the mixer until the eggs are broken.

  3. Then add the potato (boiled) and olive oil and beat with a mixer.

  4. Add the water and beat again.

  5. Gradually add the sunflower oil so that it does not separate.


Taramas with bread

  1. Put the lemon in a blender.

  2. Add the roe of the code and beat it in the mixer until the eggs are broken.

  3. Then add the bread, olive oil and onion and beat with a mixer.

  4. Add the water and beat again.

  5. Gradually add the sunflower oil so that it does not separate.

  Ingredients  

Taramas with potato

60 grams cured roe of the cod

140 grams boiled potato

60 ml water

35-40 ml lemon juice

50 ml olive oil

210 ml sunflower oil


Taramas with bread

60 gr cured roe of the cod

130 ml water

30 grams spring onion (white part)

5 slices of toast bread (140 grams)

40-45 ml lemon juice

50 ml olive oil

240 ml sunflower oil
