Vibrant Mediterranean Rice with Colorful Peppers

A Burst of Flavor and Color


  1. Sauté the onion and then add the hot pepper (optional).

  2. Then add the sun-dried tomatoes.

  3. After 2 minutes, add the peppers.

  4. Next, add the garlic along with the sweet paprika.

  5. Cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Blend the roasted Florina peppers and add them to the pan.

  7. Also, add the washed yellow rice and mix well.

  8. Pour in the vegetable broth and season with salt and pepper.

  9. Simmer gently for 20 minutes with the lid closed, stirring occasionally.


1 kilogram of peppers 

250 grams of yellow rice 

3 tablespoons of olive oil 

1 large onion 

Hot pepper (optional) 

50 grams of sun-dried tomatoes 

3 cloves of garlic 

2 tablespoons of sweet paprika 

250 grams of roasted pepper puree 

500 ml of vegetable broth 

Salt Pepper 

200-250 ml of hot water
